A leading global law firm is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for its New York office, with occasional travel to its Greenwich office as needed. This role works closely with the firm's East Coast, U.S., and global marketing team, focusing primarily on the firm's business, private client, and tax divisions across its New York and Connecticut offices. The coordinator will support pitch and RFP composition, maintain marketing materials such as fact sheets, brochures, and presentations, and help coordinate directory and award submissions. Additional responsibilities include supporting event planning and execution, conference sponsorships, tracking and reporting on client targeting and business development activities, and assisting with client alerts, newsletters, and internal/external promotional content. The role also involves research on prospective and current clients, competitors, and industry trends to support pitches and marketing initiatives. Successful candidates hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business, and have 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are required, with CRM and email marketing system experience a plus. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with occasional early-morning or evening event availability. The expected hourly range is $40–$45.
