Overview Staff Electrical Engineer – EPC / Industrial Energy Infrastructure $190,000 – $250,000+ per year A fast-growing energy infrastructure business is seeking experienced Staff Electrical Engineers to support the design and delivery of major industrial, renewable energy, battery storage and high-voltage power projects across the United States. This is a senior-level EPC engineering position offering ownership of complex electrical design packages, collaboration with construction and commissioning teams, and a key role in building large-scale energy infrastructure from concept through energisation. Responsibilities Lead design and delivery of major industrial, renewable energy, battery storage and high-voltage power projects across the United States. Own and manage complex electrical design packages from early concept through construction and energisation. Act as Electrical Engineer of Record and support RFIs and submittals. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical and construction teams; provide technical guidance during field execution and commissioning. Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure project success and compliance with design intent. Qualifications 10+ years of electrical engineering experience Professional Engineer licence, or the ability to obtain one through reciprocity EPC, industrial, utility, renewable energy, BESS, substation, manufacturing or heavy commercial project experience Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NESC or relevant electrical standards Experience producing or reviewing construction-ready electrical design packages Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, utilities and field teams Salary: $190,000 – $250,000+ per year, depending on experience.
