Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prospect, target, close and install new dealerships on all offered products Monitors product performance in each of their accounts and look for opportunities to add more products and/or increase penetration Implements program changes and manager dealer relationships on every level in all of their stores Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term sucess California state insurance license in property, casuality and life Preferred Skills Math and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and thoroughness Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
