Essential Job Functions:
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Monitor activity areas including the Ninja Obstacle Course and Inflatable Air Course to promote safety and engagement.
- Host and coordinate birthday parties and group events, delivering top-notch customer service.
- Support daily operations at registration by checking guests in accurately and of the cafe by taking orders and maintaining cleanliness.
- Maintain facility standards by keeping activity zones, party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety guidelines and respond promptly to any incidents or guest concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun, supportive environment.
- Support management with completing a variety of tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.90 per hour

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, childcare, recreation, or entertainment is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes slow-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging both one-on-one and with large groups of people.
