Are you an experienced TIG Welder with expertise in thin wall stainless steel welding ? Join a growing manufacturing team where your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and welding expertise will directly contribute to the production of precision-engineered components used in critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual TIG (GTAW) welding on thin wall stainless steel tubing and components.
• Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment, torches, shielding gas systems, and filler materials.
• Fit, align, tack, weld, grind, and polish components to meet quality and sanitary standards.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Inspect completed welds, identify defects, and perform repairs as needed.
• Work with stainless steel materials ranging from 16-gauge through 1/4-inch thickness.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
• Support ASME Section IX welding qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience, with a strong focus on stainless steel.
• Proven experience with thin wall stainless steel tubing and precision welding techniques.
• Knowledge of back purging, heat input control, and weld quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Preferred Background

Experience in aerospace, medical device, HVAC, food processing equipment, or other precision manufacturing environments is highly valued.
