Mission Control Associate

Job Description:

Monitor and support an autonomous vehicle fleet from a centralized operations center, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicle and service operations in real time.
• Complete pre-shift checks and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and unexpected situations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
• Create, document, and escalate support tickets as needed.
• Dispatch field support when vehicles require assistance.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, construction, and local events that may impact service.
• Implement temporary service restrictions or operational changes when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication, sound judgment, and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Las Vegas.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
