Ranch House Front Desk Clerk Temple, TX 76504 - $9.00 - $11.00 / hour - full time Job Description We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. Responsibilities Checking guests in and out of the hotel. Managing and receiving reservations made online or by phone. Verifying guests and payment methods during check‑in. Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any special offers or promotions. Providing guests with information about the hotel and local attractions. Serving as a host at conferences and events held at the hotel. Maintaining positive guest relations at all times. Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure guests’ needs are met. Communicating with staff from the previous shift to manage guest arrivals and reservations. Doing laundry when necessary. Requirements High school qualification or equivalent. Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
