Qualifications and Benefits Compensation: $357,100 – $525,000 per year (entry-level faculty may earn $475,000+ in base and incentives) Full-time faculty qualify for full benefits and competitive salary. Must possess a valid California Medical License. Must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree. Must be Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship trained or have equivalent advanced training and/or experience beyond that of anesthesia residency training.
