Superintendent

The Axel Group is seeking a Superintendent for our client's team. This role involves overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality homes are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent safety, quality, and cleanliness standards throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on the construction site and coordinate with subcontractors Ensure all work complies with building codes, OSHA standards, and quality expectations Monitor project schedules, inspections, and overall progress Maintain safety protocols, site cleanliness, and organization Review plans and shop drawings, proactively identifying potential issues Track punch lists and ensure all project documentation is completed accurately Communicate regularly with project managers and internal teams Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients Requirements At least 5 years of residential construction experience, with a preference for homebuilding Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar) is preferred OSHA certification is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to walk job sites, including roofs; lift and carry up to 25 lbs Compensation Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Axel Group, LLC
