We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. • Engage with your community while participating in initiatives that enhance the company’s positive image!
• Participate in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight examples of exceptional customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement.
• Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

• Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex systems.
• Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
• Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
• Office workflow includes an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care will be provided or eligibility for licensure.
• Required certifications, including CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
• The ability and willingness to cover the following geographical areas:

• Earn additional income weekly for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable).

• A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections.
