Client Service and Activation Lead

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Client Service and Activation Lead for a client in the benefits industry. This role will support Workday Benefits implementations and ongoing client relationships. This role is split evenly between client-facing project management and hands-on system administration. This individual will act as a key liaison between clients, Workday integrators, and internal EDI analysts, pulling the right information together to ensure successful file creation and delivery to carriers. Responsibilities Lead kickoff calls with clients and Workday integrators Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and file creation process Proactively dig in and ask detailed questions to the client (e.g., Where are we in the file creation process? What data is still needed?)
