Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | In-Person | Entry-Level Do you enjoy helping people and finding solutions? We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting customers with automotive glass repair and replacement services. This is a people-focused position where you'll communicate with customers, help coordinate their service needs, and make sure they have a smooth experience from the initial conversation through their appointment. No automotive experience is required — training is provided. What You'll Handle Speak with customers about their vehicle glass service needs Help customers understand repair and replacement options Assist with scheduling appointments Provide information about services, warranties, and next steps Help customers navigate the insurance process when applicable Keep customer information and appointment details organized Communicate with service and installation teams Follow up on customer requests and questions Deliver professional and friendly service throughout the customer experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable speaking with people Patient and professional Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and responsible A good listener and problem solver Comfortable working in a busy environment Able to learn new systems and processes A positive team player Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive, scheduling, sales, or office support is welcome, but not required.
