Reynolds Lift Technologies, a leader in providing innovative artificial lift technology and permanent magnet motors for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Stafford, TX. This role is critical to supporting our strategic decision-making process through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Develop financial models to evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, and project profitability. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Monitor industry trends and their financial impact on the business. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, highlighting key financial performance indicators. Assist in the preparation of presentations to the board of directors and corporate stakeholders. Participate in the strategic planning process, providing analytical support to guide company decisions. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance/Accounting or a related field + 5yrs industry experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, Quickbooks, PowerBI and similar financial software. Proficient in data visualization tools & software such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Ability to quickly assemble data from disparate sources into actionable dashboards/KPI's for business analysis Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Willingness to travel up to 40% to work at other company locations.
