Senior Warehouse Supervisor

ZYNP International Corp. is hiring a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to support and lead our growing warehouse and operational teams in Romulus, Michigan.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing Production and Shipping & Receiving Supervisors while driving daily operational execution, KPI performance, safety, staffing coordination, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.

We are looking for a strong operational leader who:

Supervisor Leadership & Accountability

Lead and develop warehouse supervisors while holding them accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and consistent execution of company expectations and procedures.

Operational Control

Oversee daily warehouse and production operations by coordinating labor, shipping, receiving, and production priorities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met.

KPI & Continuous Improvement

Monitor operational performance metrics, identify operational gaps, resolve recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Workforce Planning / Staffing / HR Coordination

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce planning activities to ensure proper labor coverage, employee development, and retention support.

Safety / Compliance / Audit Readiness

Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements while maintaining a safe, organized, and inspection-ready operation.

Reporting & Communication

Provide operational updates, escalate critical issues, and maintain strong communication across leadership, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.

Decision Rights / Authority

Own daily operational decision-making, workforce allocation, KPI accountability, and supervisory oversight while delegating day-to-day area execution to department supervisors.
