Med/Surg Tele Registered NurseResponsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a med-surg telemetry setting. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Manage a patient load of 5 patients per nurse. Observe, assess, and intervene based on patients' needs. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Utilize communication skills effectively to educate patients and families on care plans. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety and infection control policies. Engage in ongoing professional development and education. Provide support to patients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily in the med-surg category. Ensure compliance with clinical policies and protocols. Demonstrate effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
