Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support the development of responsive parenting skills in caregivers by actively listening to their concerns and reflecting on their children's social and emotional needs. Utilize a strengths-based approach to empower caregivers with effective strategies and positive feedback. \n
- Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, and interpersonal issues. Tailor treatment modalities to meet the specific needs of varied individual cases. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all client records are meticulously updated. \n
- Provide ongoing consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for integrated compassionate care that incorporates psychological best practices, thereby elevating the quality and effectiveness of service delivery. \n
Your work will primarily involve engaging with families of young children, as well as diverse populations within the community. A commitment to understanding and addressing the cultural nuances that inform their experiences is vital. You will be instrumental in crafting individualized care plans that resonate with each family’s unique background and values.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or social work, demonstrating a history of related practice. \n
- Exemplary communication skills, patience, and an enthusiastic approach to working with families and children. \n

- Previous experience working directly with families and young children, along with an interest in refining skills in this area. \n
- Familiarity with treatment methodologies that address a wide range of psychosocial issues, particularly within community health settings. \n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually.
