Night Laundry Attendant / Guest Services RunnerLocation: Brian Head Lodge | Department: HousekeepingThe Night Laundry Attendant / Guest Services Runner is responsible for ensuring the Housekeeping Department is prepared for a successful start each morning by maintaining an adequate supply of clean, folded, and organized linens throughout the night. This position plays an especially important role during the busy winter season, when maintaining linen levels is essential to keeping housekeeping operations running efficiently.In addition to laundry responsibilities, this position will provide support to the Front Desk by assisting with guest linen requests, delivering items to guest rooms, and helping resolve simple guest room issues when needed.What You’ll Do:Laundry & Housekeeping SupportWash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry throughout the shift.Maintain sufficient levels of clean linens so the Housekeeping team is prepared to begin work each morning.Prioritize laundry based on occupancy levels and anticipated housekeeping needs.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry room and work area throughout the shift.Clean lint traps and maintain cleanliness around washers, dryers, folding areas, floors, and linen storage areas.Notify management of damaged linens, equipment problems, low supplies, or other concerns.Assist with stocking linen closets or housekeeping areas when needed.Guest Services / Front Desk SupportAssist the Front Desk with guest requests during the shift.Deliver requested items to guest rooms, including towels, linens, blankets, pillows, toiletries, and other guest supplies.Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.Assist with simple room issues when appropriate, such as delivering replacement items, checking basic room concerns, or helping with other minor requests.Communicate maintenance concerns or issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department or manager.Maintain communication with the Front Desk regarding completed requests and any unresolved guest concerns.Provide courteous and professional service during all guest interactions.What We're Looking For:Must be dependable and able to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks appropriately.Must be comfortable interacting with guests and providing friendly, professional customer service.Ability to follow instructions, hotel procedures, and safety guidelines.Ability to communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and management.Willingness to assist outside of the laundry department when operational or guest needs arise.Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Must be available to work evening/overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.Preferred Qualifications:Previous hotel, housekeeping, laundry, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.Previous experience working independently during evening or overnight hours is a plus.Basic knowledge of hotel operations or guest room troubleshooting is helpful.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.Ability to lift and carry laundry, linen bags, supplies, and guest-request items.Ability to push and maneuver laundry and linen carts throughout the property.Ability to safely travel between the laundry area, Front Desk, guest rooms, and other areas of the hotel.Why You’ll Love It Here:Free Brian Head Resort season pass + access to partner mountains.Discounts on Resort food, retail, rentals, and lessons.Meet great people and make a difference on the mountain!Free transportation to and from work for scheduled shifts!Be a part of a friendly team in a positive environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
