Customer Service Associate

Overview Join to apply for the Customer Service Associate role at Wawa, Inc. As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that greets and serves our customers. Our CSAs are part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first and making every day brighter. Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following established policies and guidelines. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Qualifications Great communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation. Enjoys working in a team environment. Compensation Hourly range: $16.00 - $20.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
