Shift Details: + All Shift Start Date: ASAP Urgently Hiring Job Type: Local contract or per diem available **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:** + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. + Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition. + Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans. + Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures. + Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). + Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans. + Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. + Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients. + Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards. **Minimum Qualifications ** + Current, valid, and unrestrictedNM license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. + Minimum of 2 year/sof recent experience as LPN. + Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. + Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements). **Benefits ** + Competitive Pay + Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance(eligibility begins after 60 days) + 401(k) Retirement Plan + Travel Stipends for Qualified Candidates **Ready to Get Started?** Apply through this job posting and submit your most recent resume.
