At Carrington Lawn & Landscape, we take pride in doing the job right. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded operators who know their equipment, take ownership of their work, and understand that every property matters.

• Equipment Operation: Provide Snow and Ice removal services using trucks, skid steers, compact loaders and wheel loaders on commercial properties in a safe and professional manner.

• Take Ownership of Your Equipment:  Report mechanical issues or damage immediately, and keep your equipment in clean and fully functional form, ready for the next event.

• Get the Job Done Right: Plow and clear assigned parking lots, drive lanes, loading docks, and routes according to site maps and Carrington service standards.

• Apply Materials Properly: Spread granular deicer and apply liquid brine using the correct rates, calibrated equipment, and approved procedures based on weather and site conditions.

• Document Your Work: Accurately record service times using an app on your smart phone to record material usage, site conditions, photos, completion details, and any issues that need attention.

• Communicate and Adapt: Communicate as needed with the snow commander, respond to changing weather and site conditions, and be ready to adjust priorities when the operation demands it.

• Be a Team Player: Follow company safety procedures, take direction, support the team, and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
