Job Description The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. This role involves an expanded set of responsibilities which may include charge nurse duties, precepting new staff, and participation in committees. The nurse will utilize clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research to enhance patient care. Responsibilities Provide competent care in line with established clinical standards. Assume leadership roles, including charge nurse responsibilities. Precept and mentor new nursing staff. Participate in committees to improve nursing practices and patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure RN License (ONLY NY Licenses are accepted).
