About the Role:

Tornado Laundromat in Amarillo, TX is looking for an energetic and dependable Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your leadership truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day laundromat operations including opening and closing procedures

Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service

Monitor and maintain laundry equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed

Handle cash management, daily deposits

Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards

Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Track inventory of supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels

Requirements:

Prior management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Basic math and cash-handling experience

Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues or coordinate with technicians

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
