Internet Sales AssociateCampers Inn RV is looking for an Internet Sales Associate to join our team! This is a salary + commission-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, maximizing lead conversion, and consistently achieving sales goals.Manage digital leads through the full sales process, from initial contact and product education to quoting, financing, negotiation, and closing. This is an on-site, full-process sales role focused on connecting with and closing digital leads remotely from our corporate office.What We Offer:Ongoing career development opportunities: Specialized job training, certifications, and professional development, and assistance in continuing educationComprehensive health and welfare plan to all full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including:Major Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance (Basic, Supplemental, Spouse, and Child available)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time OffQualified retirement plan (401k) with Employer MatchFair and competitive compensationThis role is salary + commissionEssential Job Functions:Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E-lead customers remotelyReceive leads and work them through to a closed saleQuickly and effectively respond to customers via company platforms and online sources, moving customers from email to phone or video to build rapport and momentumPrepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide customers through credit applications and trade appraisalsMaintain a working knowledge of each product being sold, with the ability to speak credibly to floor plans, features, and comparisonsClose sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team and coordinating delivery logistics with the customer's storeMaintain an active, documented relationship with each customer in DP360 throughout the sales cycleFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customerMaximize conversion on assigned leads while delivering a customer experience that earns repeat and referral businessGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organizationStay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventoryBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and managementQualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredLicense & Certifications:Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulationsWillingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the roleAbilities:Demonstrated excellent computer skills, oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to close sales and manage a full remote sales cycle independentlyAbility to work flexible hours, as required.
