Business Analyst

Strategic Program AnalystYou will contribute to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning our requirements with program objectives, driving business model changes, and ensuring offering standardization. You will collaborate with teams, including partners, business architecture, technical product management, and engineering teams, to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives. You will help build strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and facilitate collaboration between partners and IT development teams.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing complex business problems. You will identify and understand complex business problems related to processes. This will involve gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insightsPromote understanding. You will help align requirements with program objectives. This includes understanding the needs of multiple partners, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, use cases and process flowsBeing a liaison. You will help communication between partners, product managers and engineering development teams on projects. You will facilitate communication, ensuring that partner needs are understood and translated into actionable project requirementsCollaborating with engineering teams. You will work with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are translated into technical solutions. This may involve clarifying requirements, providing guidance during the development process, and conducting testing to ensure that the final product meets the desired objectivesContributing throughout the project lifecycle. You will be an integral part of projects from discovery to testing to delivery. Your involvement will span multiple stages, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and project deliveryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 Years of business analysis supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping and system implementationsExperience analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvementsKnowledge of process improvement methodologiesFacilitate working sessions and drive outcomesProven records of deliverables in transformation projects (Business Requirements, User Stories, UAT documentation)Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), CPQ or SAP S/4The Ideal CandidateCuriosity: Naturally curious and able to ask the right questions to uncover root causes, understand complex problems, and identify solutionsOrganization & Ownership: Strong organizational skills to manage an area of business, take ownership, set goals, and keep work moving forwardSimplifying Complexity: Ability to break down complex processes and initiatives into clear, manageable componentsFlexibility & Creativity: Creative and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing circumstances and develop solutions to challengesAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $74,000 and $131,890. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
