Project Manager

The Role We’re seeking a Project Manager, Client Delivery , with 2+ years of experience in an agency or corporate setting (pharma/biotech experience is a plus). In this role, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum from kickoff through delivery. What You’ll Do Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery Build and manage timelines, workflows, and project plans Collaborate cross-functionally to keep teams aligned and moving forward Translate client needs into actionable plans Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track Ensure every decision support project’s success and client outcome What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field 2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred) Pharma or biotech experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach Ability to motivate and guide teams Why join us?
