- 10 bed ER at a Level 4 trauma center
- 25 bed critical access hospital
- Night shifts with call opportunities
- Work in a supportive and fast-paced environment

Important Information:
- Flu vaccine is required (no exceptions)
- 100-mile radius rule: no permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital
- Requested time off (RTO): no more than 3 days per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply
