Engaging clients in the lobby to educate about mobile banking and other resources Accurately processing cash transactions Having deep conversations with clients for better financial solutions Following established processes and guidelines Requirements Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial services, including knowledge of industry products and solutions, while effectively engaging clients to provide tailored financial solutions. Proven ability to process cash transactions accurately and achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
