What You'll Be Doing Prepare, process, and manage subpoenas Handle and track public records requests Obtain, review, and organize legal documents and records Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation Coordinate with government agencies and third parties Maintain case files and document management systems Assist with case preparation and legal administrative support Ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met What We're Looking For Paralegal Studies degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience REQUIRED: Strong experience handling subpoenas REQUIRED: Strong experience with public records requests Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Additional Requirements National background screening required Professional references required Ability to work on-site in Downtown Miami Reliable work history and professional demeanor Why This Opportunity?
