Receptionist

Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions, assisting with service and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Monday 4-7
• Tuesday 4-7
• Wednesday 4-7
• Thursday 4-7
• Friday 4-7
• Saturday 8:30-4:30
