Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales, and ideally be bilingual in English and Spanish. If you are driven, customer-focused, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One day off per week (Sunday)

Compensation & Pay Structure:

We believe in full transparency. This is a 100% commission position with a bi-weekly draw/advance safety net, designed for top producers who want to control their own income:

Commission Structure: Aggressive pay plan with a realistic earning potential of $72,000 – $156,000+ annually.
Financial Safety Net (Draw): We provide a guaranteed bi-weekly advance of $1,000.00 against your future commissions to ensure you always have a steady, predictable cash flow while closing deals.
Onboarding Stability Bonus: Receive a $500.00 Retention Bonus upon successfully completing your first 30 days with our team.
Inventory & Leads: We provide the marketing budget, fresh incoming leads, and a high-quality pre-owned inventory. You just bring the closing skills.
