Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life. Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.

Submission Requirements:

• 1 year or more current dialysis experience - required
• Must have NXSTage experience - required
• Copy of current, valid driver license - required
• Geriatric patient experience - required
• CNN or CDN certification - preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience - preferred
• BSN preferred

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Compact allowed

Additional License Requirements:

• Must have PA license or compact in hand upon submission
