Cambridge, MA | ️ 13 Weeks | RN – MedSurg/Telemetry | Nights

Seeking an experienced MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment. This role is ideal for an RN with strong acute care and telemetry experience who is comfortable managing a diverse medical patient population in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The RN will care for patients with diagnoses including COPD, CHF, Diabetes, Sepsis, Pneumonia, and Alcohol Withdrawal while utilizing telemetry monitoring and administering a variety of cardiac and medical therapies.

Schedule:
• 13 Week Assignment
• 36 Hours Guaranteed
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• No Block Scheduling
• Floating Required
• Must work every other major holiday

Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Preferred
• 1–2+ Years Recent MedSurg/Telemetry Experience
• Acute Care Experience Required
• Telemetry Experience Required
• First-Time Travelers Welcome
• Charge Experience Highly Preferred
• EPIC Experience Preferred

Unit Details:
• Common Diagnoses: Alcohol Abuse, COPD, Diabetes, CHF, Sepsis, Pneumonia
• Medication Experience Required: Antibiotics, Anticoagulants, Blood Administration, Lasix, Amiodarone
• Equipment: Pyxis, Zebra Scanners, Bladder Scanners, Dopplers, General Medical Equipment
• Hospital Orientation Plus Two Precepted Unit Shifts
