Schedule 19:00 - 07:00, 3-12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with high-risk infants and possess a strong skill set in respiratory therapy procedures. The position involves administering respiratory therapy to newborns and infants, supporting mechanical ventilation, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a Level II NICU. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP. Assist with intubation and mechanical ventilation processes for neonatal patients. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to NICU patients. Document patient care and treatment plans using the Meditech documentation system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience. NICU experience is required. Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications preferred. RRT credentialing is required. Dress Code All Black scrubs are required. Why ARMStaffing?
