The role As an extension of the founders of the company, you will work on the hardest challenges in the business alongside them. Your days are varied but will include … Project Delivery: make sure multi‑GW projects get delivered on time and help fill in any gaps alongside our construction, procurement, and development teams. Special Projects: jump on anything that is hard to solve and needs a smart solution, like standing up new functions from zero to one, owning them until they’re ready to hand off. Financing: support on complex equity financing and project financing transactions involving billions of dollars of CAPEX. Hiring: help hire the team from junior to executives. Help form company culture. Firefighting: help troubleshoot the daily problems that come up, like finding a last‑minute replacement supplier or driving to the customer site to solve a contractor problem. Who you are 1‑5 years of professional experience in high‑performance environments in startups, consulting, finance, engineering, military, or similar. Demonstrated execution ability across a variety of complex projects. Can own projects end‑to‑end. High agency. Salary and Benefits Total compensation: $250K–$390K. Cash: $100‑140K. Equity: $150‑250K at TAR’s latest valuation. Highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including salary and equity participation. Up to $15K relocation bonus.
