Position Summary: Children's Aid's Dunlevy Milbank Center is a community center located in Harlem. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming locker-room environment for participants and families. This role includes cleaning, restocking supplies, assisting guests, and ensuring locker-room rules are followed.

Essential Duties:

• Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and restrooms regularly.
• Restock towels, soap, paper products, and other supplies.
• Ensure lockers and equipment are in good condition.
• Assist guests with basic questions or locker use.
• Monitor the area to maintain safety, privacy, and cleanliness.
• Report on maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors,
• Follow all health, safety, and facility policies.
• Build positive relationships with all participants.
• Participating in all trainings off and on site.
• Adhere to policy and procedures of CAS Dunlevy Milbank Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum HS Diploma/GED. College student; attended some college or has graduated college.
