This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care during the overnight shift and supporting a positive, safe, and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or clinical leadershipMonitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditionAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with state regulationsPerform wound care, injections, and routine nursing proceduresAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededSupport care teams during assessments, procedures, and emergenciesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in medical recordsPromote infection control and safety standards throughout the shiftCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staffQualificationsActive New Hampshire LPN license (or compact-eligible)BLS/CPR certification (current or able to obtain before start date)Strong clinical judgment and assessment skillsAbility to work effectively during overnight hoursPrevious experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or similar settings preferredReliable, professional, and patient-focusedShift & Scheduling DetailsShift: 3rd (Overnight)Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMMeal Break: 30 minutesSchedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per weekContract Length: 12 weeks
