Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – Healthcare

10-hour shifts, 4 days a week from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. One Saturday required during the assignment.

Length of assignment is 2-3 weeks, with potential for extension. Guaranteed hours are 40 per week.

Minimum of 2 years of experience administering vaccines.

Must possess a valid LPN license at the time of submission.

BLS certification required.

Bilingual candidates in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, or Cape Verde are preferred.

Administer vaccines to patients in a clinic setting.

Maintain a safe and sterile environment.

Document patient information and vaccine administration accurately.

Assist in patient education regarding vaccines and health.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Orientation is scheduled for 10/12. Position is on-site only; remote work options are not available.
