We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. At NovaCare Bowie, you’ll be supported by a large, collaborative team committed to your professional development. Our structured mentorship program helps ensure a smooth and successful transition from clinical training to licensed practice. Once established with a full caseload, our PTAs typically treat 11‑12 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity and achieve optimal patient outcomes. NovaCare Bowie is also part of our Select Sports network, which brings together clinicians and leaders who share a passion for sports medicine. This connection enables us to focus on both the treatment and prevention of injuries among active and athletic populations in Prince George’s County. Implement high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision, following the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures. Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program. Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
