I’m an independent business owner looking for a dependable, trustworthy, caring, and hardworking person to help me maintain, clean, and organize my home several days each month. My home is very important to me, and I take a great deal of pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, organized, and well cared for. I’m looking for someone who will treat my home and belongings with the same level of care and respect they would give their own. I live with a chronic illness that prevents me from doing heavy lifting and many of the more physically demanding household tasks. This includes heavier cleaning, moving or organizing certain items, and even things such as washing my dogs. Because of these limitations, having someone who is dependable, consistent, and willing to help with these responsibilities is extremely important to me. I need to be able to rely on the person I hire and feel confident that they understand how meaningful their help is to me and my family. I’m also looking for someone who would be comfortable house sitting and caring for my dogs when my family and I travel. My animals are truly part of our family, and their happiness, safety, and well being mean everything to me. Finding someone who genuinely loves animals, is patient and attentive to their needs, and will give them plenty of affection and companionship while we are away is incredibly important. The regular rate for household cleaning, organizing, and assistance is $10.00 per hour. If my family and I travel and an overnight stay is needed to care for our home and dogs, compensation for those stays would be discussed and agreed upon separately based on the length of the stay and responsibilities involved. Ultimately, I’m hoping to find more than someone who simply comes in to clean. I would love to find a reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy person with whom I can build a long term working relationship.
