In this position, the agent will work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the full real estate transaction process, from initial consultation and property search to contract negotiation and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting market analyses, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The agent will collaborate with the brokerage team, use company systems and technology to manage leads and listings, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication with clients. The role also involves ongoing professional development, staying current on local market trends, and representing Realty ONE Group Ascend with professionalism and integrity in the community. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and practices. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization and time management abilities. Candidates should possess comfort with real estate technology platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation for local travel, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
