Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on each patient's progress
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients improve communication and swallowing function
- Document services accurately and in full compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure well-rounded care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Florida state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
- Master's degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

- Language therapy and swallowing therapy methods
- Patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
