HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a growing hospital-employed program in New Braunfels, Texas.

This opportunity is designed for a physician who wants to spend more time performing procedures while maintaining a focused outpatient practice. The position provides a $875,000 guaranteed base salary , productivity incentives, advanced-practice support, and access to the San Antonio-Austin corridor.

Procedural Practice

The schedule may generally include:

• One outpatient clinic day
• Three endoscopy and procedure days
• One mixed inpatient, administrative, or care-coordination day
• Shared hospital coverage
• Flexibility based on procedural interests

The gastroenterology program provides modern equipment, experienced nursing personnel, and clinical support for a broad range of gastrointestinal procedures.

• General gastroenterology
• Colonoscopy and upper endoscopy
• Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
• Inflammatory bowel disease
• Gastrointestinal bleeding
• Hepatology
• Gastrointestinal oncology
• Pancreaticobiliary disorders
• Inpatient consultations
• Post-procedural and longitudinal follow-up

ERCP experience is valued. Mentorship may be available for physicians interested in developing or expanding advanced procedural skills.

Candidate Profile

• MD or DO
• Internal Medicine residency
• Completed or anticipated Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Strong interest in procedural gastroenterology
• Practicing physicians and graduating fellows considered
• 2027 and 2028 candidates are encouraged to apply
