In this role, you will lead large workstreams to ensure top quality of Duckie outputs. You will also work closely with several partner teams to get the best out of our AI models. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead ambitious workstreams to improve agent quality. Explore advanced techniques for getting the best out of available Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic harnesses. Provide insights and strategies to improve agent quality while staying informed on the latest developments in AI industry/research. Work with the Gemini-for-Google and Deepmind teams to run feedback training/evaluate data and iterate on model quality.
