This role requires hands‑on work on active job sites and the ability to follow detailed installation instructions. Use hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, etc.). Follow step‑by‑step installation instructions. Troubleshoot issues with the Installation Lead. Maintain a professional, safety-focused job site presence. Requirements Must live within 50 miles of Jeffersonville, OH (closer preferred). Valid driver’s license (no DUI’s). Must pass background check and drug screen. Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling). Comfortable in fast‑paced construction environments.
