Task Order Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Task Order Project Manager.

• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system).
• Assists the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) under the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic discovery systems.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increased responsibility in public and/or the private sector within the IT, e-discovery, and/or consulting fields.
• Five (5) years experience with litigation support, Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
• One (1) year experience with the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
• Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including E-Government Act and Privacy Act.
• Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards.
• Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.
• Must have demonstrated ability to direct, plan and coordinate multiple project/tasks, including estimating resources, project planning, cost analysis.
• Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or otherwise recognized certification).
• Must have a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level III. Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
• Preferred SAFe Agile Certification.
• BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Secret, IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

Requirements

• Location: Remote - shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA).
• Type of environment: Remote, Office environment.
• Noise level: Low.
• Work schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: Less than 10%.

• U.S. Citizen.
• Secret Clearance.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
