Primary Care Physician – Internal or Family Medicine
Central Phoenix, AZ
$270,000 Base + $50k Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time (M–F or 4-Day Workweek Option)

We’re seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join two established outpatient clinics in the Phoenix area: Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley. Provide adult and geriatric primary care in a modern outpatient setting

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
\n - \n
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic experience is a plus)
\n

MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
\n - \n
Minimum 2–3 years of recent outpatient primary care experience (no hospitalists or urgent care providers)
\n - \n
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona
\n - \n
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
\n - \n
Experience with EHRs and managed care populations (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
\n
