Minimum Requirements Associate's, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Minimum education requirement: Associate Degree (client specific). Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home health experience required. Oasis and homecare experience required (client specific). Experience using OASIS documentation and homecare workflows (client specific). BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Interpersonal skills preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. Typical scheduled hours noted as 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in client notes. Weekly hours: Guarantee of 32 hours with availability of up to 40 hours based on caseload (client specific). Productivity expectations: 26 points in 32 hours or 33 points in 40 hours (client specific). Coverage Area: Travel to patient homes in Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, and Framingham service areas (client specific). Mileage reimbursed between visits from first to last patient. On-call/Weekend Requirement: No regular on-call requirement. Occasional day swaps may be permitted for valid reasons (client specific). The town is within 20 minutes of Callahan State Park and near Hopkinton State Park, providing hiking and boating opportunities, and it lies about 25 minutes from downtown Worcester for urban amenities. The area fits a suburban lifestyle with nearby historic downtown districts, seasonal farmers markets, and proximity to the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park about a 30–40 minute drive for heritage and trail activities.
