Key Responsibilities Assist families in planning age-appropriate, budget-conscious, and fun vacations Recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities suited to families and children Manage booking logistics with care, including special requests Keep clients informed of travel policies, safety updates, and family-friendly tips Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and service Qualifications Experience in family travel planning, customer service, or hospitality (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with online research and booking tools Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Basic computer skills required Flexible, remote work environment Access to exclusive family travel discounts Supportive team with a shared passion for travel Opportunity to positively impact families most treasured moments Compensation Compensation is based on experience and includes commission or performance incentives.
