Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Experience with pediatric caseloads in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, communication, and language disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to children, using evidence-based interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, draft progress notes, and maintain detailed records to meet compliance standards
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to enhance communication in the classroom
• Engage families in their child’s progress and therapy goals
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric speech-language pathology
