Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Director of Emergency Services – Emergency Services

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Days, No Weekends)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: Full-time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years applicable experience required
• 5+ years applicable experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of unit functions and department staffing.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to meet facility objectives.
• Cultivate evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manage patient throughput and delivery of care through forecasting and admittance planning.
• Lead initiatives to elevate patient experience and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Participate in budget processes and monitor department budget performance to address any performance gaps.
